Rapper Kanye West, who officially changed his name to Ye, reportedly wanted to drop out of his career to become reality personality Kim Kardashian’s stylist.
The ‘Gold Digga’ rapper was ready to throw in the towel and “devote his life” to dressing ‘The Kardashians’ star, from whom he was declared legally single in March, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
On the premiere episode of her new Hulu reality series, Kim told her friend while choosing looks for her ‘Saturday Night Live’ host performance, “Kanye wants to drop everything and dedicate his life to being my stylist.”
Kim recently moved in with ‘SNL’ comedian Pete Davidson.
Earlier this week, the businesswoman said she had “randomly” embarked on an affair with the 28-year-old actor in October after she filed for divorce from Kanye, who legally changed his name to Ye, in February. last year.
Kim said, “I definitely took my time. It took me, you know, 10 months or something before I dated or talked to anyone, and I just wanted that time to really figure out and go through the motions: ‘Am I doing the right thing? How do I feel about this?’ So once I made all the moves, I was finally like, ‘Okay guys, I’m so ready to meet someone.’ And I did it randomly.”
The reality star said she wants to be “a little more” cautious about her new relationship.
She explained, “I think I’m keeping, you know, certain aspects of my relationship with Pete a little closer to my heart, and it feels good to know that, like, we have this connection and we have our little bubble of a relationship world in the one we live in that, like, not a lot of people know about.
Kim is having “a lot of fun” with her boyfriend.
She added: “We were driving in the car yesterday and I just looked at him and said, ‘Thank you.’ And he was like, ‘What?’ And I was like, ‘For running errands with me, it’s so much fun to go to a doctor’s appointment or go to the dentist and just run errands. I’m having so much fun. ‘”
Since then, Ye has dated other women he has liked to dress up, including ‘Uncut Gems’ star Julia Fox and now Chaney Jones, who looks like Kim.
The ‘Stronger’ hitmaker has been out of the spotlight ever since he was banned from Instagram for 24 hours for his bullying directed at Pete and comedian Trevor Noah on the social media app.
